From Dust (2023)

From Dust exists because something horrible happened. Words fall short when I try to describe it — but the result was that my heart broke, my body shut down, and my soul seemed to disappear. In that lost place, I wrote songs and made sounds. I tried, and failed, and tried again to gather together the pieces of what had once been a life that made sense to me. From that process comes this album, rich with lyrics and melodies that express the discomfort and challenge of the liminal space, the chapter between what was and what will be.”

The End is the Beginning (2022)

“Each of these three recordings burst into existence with such clear purpose. Mera Man Lochai honors longing. Suniai honors listening. Akal honors grief. Their presence was not only welcome, but gave me things I needed. They cradled specific wounds, the right bandage at the right time. And they flowed with such ease, I knew they belonged. I hope this trio of old bones will support you as it did me.”

Clear (2022)

“The best way I can describe Clear is as the love child of a folk song and a pop song, but with the soul of an empowerment anthem. There’s a refreshing innocence to it, coupled with the loveliest kind of encouragement — and the lyrics, written by my beautiful friend Sukhmani, do a beautiful job of reminding us that we, too, will be alright. No matter what.”

Here Comes the Rain (2022)

“This is the sweetest and most gentle sad song I’ve ever written. Composed from within the messy and unpredictable stages of mourning, it follows a circular pattern: from sadness to pain to anger to acceptance, then back to sadness again and the cycle begins anew. But even in its darkest moment, even in its expression of deepest rage, there’s softness. Here Comes the Rain exists to create a sense of peace.”

Road to Somewhere (2022)

Road to Somewhere puts words and music to the grief of a painful path. When everything is hazy and nebulous, when emotions are intense and persistent, when nothing feels solvable. It enabled me to be okay with not being okay — which is what I hope the song does for others.”

Siempre Contigo (2022)

Siempre Contigo is a new recording of one of Jai-Jagdeesh’s classic songs, With You —stripped to its essence, translated into Spanish, and performed completely from the heart. This song is a tribute to the power of ever-present love, and is her most intimate recording yet.

Underworld (2021)

“As a result of being part of this project, I now see so much more when I look out at the ocean. It’s not just the horizon line; I see the invisible people and hidden events happening beyond sight, things of which I used to be completely unaware.”

‘Long Time Sun’ Around the World (2020)

These nine different translations of Long Time Sun combine with Morning Call and the chants from All is Now Light to form the entire Aquarian Sadhana. From Spanish to Turkish to Mandarin Chinese (and 6 others in between), Jai-Jagdeesh covered as much linguistic territory as she possibly could.

Morning Call (2019)

(also known as Long Ek Ong Kar)

Morning Call is a powerful recording created as an accompaniment to Jai-Jagdeesh’s album All is Now Light, providing a steady and powerful guided recitation for the opening portion of the Aquarian Sadhana meditations.

All is Now Light (2019)

Capturing the mystical energies of the sun, the moon, and water, Jai-Jagdeesh’s All is Now Light simultaneously soothes the soul and invigorates it. This richly-textured collection is Jai-Jagdeesh and her band (for this project: multi-instrumentalist & producer Ram Dass Khalsa, and AWARE’s Bogdan Djukic) at their very best.

Down Come the Walls (2018)

In a beautifully bold and vulnerable declaration of the glory of being human, Down Come the Walls explores divinity, passion, heartbreak, and authenticity in an exquisite musical journey that is nothing short of magnificent. (Did you know: Of everything she’s ever written, Hold Your Hand is Jai-Jagdeesh’s favorite. And recording Laya Yoga was one of her Top 5 studio experiences.)

Miracles Abound (2015)

Jai-Jagdeesh’s Miracles Abound is an invitation to be present amid all the challenges and changes of life. These four extended tracks, and their accompanying meditations, encourage and support a perspective shift. If that’s the medicine you’re seeking, this is the album for you.

Of Heaven & Earth (2013)

Of Heaven & Earth is filled with big and bluesy vocals, taking you on a soul-stirring search for inner meaning with innocence still dancing through each note. Songs like Light of Love, Hallelujah, and In Dreams dance alongside new recordings of ancient writings.

The Expansive Spirit (2012)

On The Expansive Spirit, Jai-Jagdeesh’s voice invites you to linger in your softest state. Over the course of these three meditation-length tracks, let everything melt. Keep that which serves you, drop that which doesn’t. Your heart can encompass the entire universe; let it.

I Am Thine (2011)

From the first achingly beautiful note, I Am Thine is vulnerable yet powerful, poignant yet soulful, robust yet sweetly simple. Jai-Jagdeesh’s voice is timeless, rich, and voluptuous. Her take on these mantras is markedly unique, yet somehow still comfortingly familiar.
